Belinda Higginbotham joined the College Heights Foundation in 2023 as Accounting and Financial Specialist, Part-Time. She is no stranger to the Hill, having previously served as Bursar for WKU prior to retiring in 2021 after 30 years of service. She received her bachelor’s degree in accounting (1988) from WKU and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Belinda is married to Craig Higginbotham, and they have two children, Shelby (WKU ’17) and Samuel (WKU ’20 and ’21).
